An Alternative
D.I.Y Studio Space

Ritual Cafe is an alternative space, blending cafe, bar, creative studio, immersive listening, experimentation, and event gathering, accelerated with digital technology, with the passion of exploring alternative frameworks to accelerate the underground creative scenes in Georgetown, Penang. Since 2024.

Purchase & Refund Procedures

How to purchase

  1. Tap the payment button — checkout opens on CHIP's secure page. Pay by DuitNow QR (any Malaysian bank app or e-wallet), FPX online banking, or Visa / Mastercard.
  2. Your receipt is e-mailed to you instantly. The receipt is your e-ticket — no printout needed, your phone screen is fine.
  3. Show the receipt at the door. Capacity is limited — arrive early to guarantee entry.

Refunds & returns

  1. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, you get a full automatic refund to your original payment method.
  2. Change of plans? Full refund up to 48 hours before doors — e-mail ritualpg@gmail.com with your receipt number.
  3. Within 48 hours of the event, tickets are non-refundable but freely transferable — just send us the new attendee's name.
  4. Refunds are always issued through CHIP back to the payment method you paid with. We will never ask for your card or banking details by e-mail or DM.
